The views from our room were stunning, but the

service was frustrating at times. We did enjoy the infinity pool, and Orlando at the bar made our stay better with his attentive help. Still, consistent service issues did impact our experience overall.

The restaurant menu feels too limited!!! The steep driveway could intimidate some guests. Golf cart service needs clearer availability and shouldn't cost extra during evenings!!!

the view was decent, but I can’t believe the constant noise from events shook the walls! Plus, the shuttle service should be complimentary, not something I have to pay extra for. I almost gave a good review, but after finding blood-stained sheets, I just couldn’t. Definitely not what I expected, so disappointing!

The BEST part of my stay was waking up to the stunning lake view right outside my window! 🌅 The only downside was the slow service at breakfast. Overall, it was a memorable getaway!

The stunning lake view from my Double Room made every morning special. I loved the ambiance of the property. the architecture blends beautifully with nature. The infinity pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. However, I encountered some issues. The breakfast situation was misleading. Also, I faced a frustrating situation at checkout regarding my deposit. I had to catch an early flight and couldn’t retrieve it because nobody was at the front desk. A 24/7 staff presence would definitely improve guest experience. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow, which detracted from dining enjoyment. Overall, the setting is lovely, but a few service improvements are needed.

It was just a decent option for a day tour in El Congo with good price value. The food at the lakeside restaurant tasted great, and they fixed my overcooked steak quickly.

The food was muy delicioso! I especially loved the fresh snacks by the beach, perfect for fueling up after swimming. And can we talk about the breathtaking lake view from my Double Room? It totally made my stay! The accessibility to drinking water was on point too, which is a must when you're enjoying the sun all day.

Now, on the cheeky side, the restaurant service was a bit of a slow poke. I waited ages for someone to take my order at brunch and just bounced without eating. Plus, a security guard had a bit of an attitude over parking, making things a little tense.
